Shipping policy

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package has to be returned to our warehouse, then you will liable to pay for another attempt at delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a package is not delivered, please call your local shipping carrier office for immediate assistance with your parcel. We ask that before contacting the LinearFlux Customer Service Team, you make a claim by reaching out to the shipping carrier. Please include the claim number when contacting us via orders@linearflux.com.

Please note: Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy.
